Cleanzy is proud to offer our professional cleaning services across many key Melbourne suburbs, including Brighton, Caulfield, Toorak, Sandringham, Oakleigh, Chadstone, Camberwell, and Surrey Hills. If your specific area isn’t listed, please reach out – we’d love to see if we can help!
For regular cleans, booking a week in advance is often best to secure your preferred time. For End of Lease or larger Commercial cleans, we recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks ahead to ensure we can accommodate your specific dates and requirements.
You can do both! Our online quote form is a great starting point. Once you receive your quote, you can often book directly. If you prefer to chat or have unique requests, a phone call is always welcome.

A standard house clean typically includes dusting all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks), and tidying kitchens (benches, sinks, exterior of appliances). We focus on general upkeep to keep your home fresh.
Our End of Lease cleaning is incredibly comprehensive, designed to meet strict real estate standards. It covers everything from detailed kitchen and bathroom cleaning (including oven and inside cupboards) to wall spot cleaning, floor care, and internal window cleaning. Yes, we offer a bond back guarantee! If your agent isn’t satisfied within 72 hours, we’ll re-clean for free.
Yes, we certainly do! Our deep cleaning service goes beyond a standard clean, tackling grime buildup in overlooked areas, inside cupboards, detailed bathroom scrubbing, and more. It’s perfect for a seasonal refresh or before a special occasion.

Scheduling & Management

What are your operating hours for cleaning services?
Our cleaning services can be scheduled during business hours and often outside them, including evenings and weekends, especially for commercial clients. Our customer service team is available from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM AEST, to assist with bookings and inquiries.
We understand that plans can change. Please contact our friendly customer service team as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel. We kindly request at least 24-48 hours’ notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
It’s entirely up to you! Many clients prefer to be out so they can return to a sparkling clean home. If you won’t be home, please provide clear instructions for access (e.g., key pickup, lockbox code).
